2. Eligibility

AEOstack provides an AI-native SEO platform that includes:

• AEO Score™: A proprietary metric for measuring AI answer visibility readiness
• Answer Readiness Audit: Comprehensive analysis and recommendations
• Entity + Schema Builder: Tools for creating AI-readable structure
• AI Visibility Monitoring: Tracking of citations and mentions across AI engines

5. Subscription and Pricing

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans including:

• Starter Plan: $99/month
• Growth Plan: $299/month
• Agency/Enterprise: Custom pricing
• One-time AEO Audit: $499-$1,999

5.2 Payment Terms

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize automatic recurring billing
• Pay all applicable taxes

5.3 Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Services after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.2 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. For one-time audits, refunds may be provided within 7 days of purchase if no work has commenced.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to AEO Score™ algorithms, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by AEOstack and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes.

8.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, or information you provide to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze such content to provide our Services.

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

11.2 No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide accurate analysis and recommendations, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or improvements in AI visibility or citations.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEOSTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AEOstack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
